Hermes Christmas 2020 Last Posting Dates – Domestic and discounts
Saturday 19th December – Courier collections
Courier collections for parcel delivery by Christmas are available until Saturday 19 December.
Monday 21st December – Standard parcels sent from ParcelShop or Locker
Parcels sent using our standard services need to be dropped off at a ParcelShop or Locker before noon on Monday 21 December.
Tuesday 22nd December – Next Day parcels
Next Day parcels need to have been dropped off by noon on Tuesday 22 December.

I would like to know why my parcel arrived in such a bad state. All the gift boxes were totally squashed. I had packed this parcel very well. It looked like it had been trodden on several times. This was an order of handmade items.
I had exactly the same problem with an eBay order I sent out.
It arrived with the customer squashed, as if it had been stood on. I packed it really well too, but this didn’t make any difference. I had to resend again at my own expense. Glad the customer was happy in the end, but I shall be submitting a claim for damages with Hermes.
