In the old days of PayPal, you could download your order history going back years. Once eBay and PayPal parted company eBay order history was limited to just 90 days and sellers have been constantly griping that this made a host of tasks near to impossible, ranging from viewing purchase dates for warranty through to completing their accounts.
Now eBay order history is viewable up to 2 years in the past making these types of tasks possible.
One challenge we’d heard from sellers was the inability to view their orders history beyond the last 90 days. This made it more challenging to use orders data to file taxes, manage inventory, carry out customer service, and re-engage past buyers.
However, we’re pleased to announce that we have now expanded orders history beyond 90 days, dating back to 2 years.

- Seller Hub Orders
- My eBay Sold
- Download orders reports from Seller Hub orders and Reports tab
eBay Order History options
- Filter 2 years of orders using newly introduced date filters: this year, last year, and custom date search dating back to 2 years
- Download orders report csv for 2 years
- Re-engage with past buyers by sending them coupons
- Please note that you can’t access buyer and recipient personally identifiable information for orders older than 90 days. This will protect buyer privacy
