For many marketplace sellers, it can be hard to identify and capitalise on the opportunities that exist beyond Amazon. Technology like Mirakl helps to remove some of the technical barriers to getting started, but there are no end of other issues standing in the way of an expansion beyond Amazon.
It was with this in mind that Jesse Wragg from eCommeleon started the Marketplace Jungle podcast – designed to explore the world of marketplaces beyond Amazon. Jesse uses this podcast format to interview sellers who are successful on multiple marketplaces as well as industry experts and marketplaces themselves.
I’m thrilled to be the latest guest, as Jesse invited me to share my story and my views on the marketplace landscape at large. We discussed a range of topics during the interview, but some of the highlights included:
