eBay have released an updated version of the Seller Dashboard with a cleaner feel and clearer interface. They’ve added a top menu with quick links to the main sections – Low detailed seller ratings; Cases; Average detailed seller ratings; and Other criteria. There are also quick links to switch between Top Rated Seller, Above Standard and Standard metrics.
There’s not much to say about the actual information displayed, everything is there that was in the old version of the Seller Dashboard, it’s just cleaner and simpler to navigate. However eBay will be introducing two new components that will allow you to track your active listings and your completed transactions in the near future.
Currently the links from My eBay still take you to the , but as soon as you click into the performance tab you’ll find the waiting for you.

Nice design, alot easier to read than the old design.
Is anyone else having trouble viewing the 12-Month Trending Data?
There seems to be a fault with this too. Our 12 month trending data hasn’t updated with new transactions for 3 or 4 days. Our percentages haven’t changed either despite having a negative positive removed and 3 cases that should never have appeared on the dashboard (sorted within 3 days). Ebay CS have been informed and admit there is a glitch with it.
Until the data on the dashboard is up to date, the format is irrelevant.
Even the account management team have little idea what the current status is and the assessment appears to be a lottery.
Poorly thought through. Executed in haste. Insufficient support.
This is not the behaviour of a business partner.
