myHermes have added Shopify as the latest e-commerce platform to be fully integrated with their website, in addition to exisitng eBay, Amazon and ChannelAdvisor integrations. They’ve also introduced a time-saving Quick Send feature to make shipping parcels faster and easier than ever.
myHermes and Shopify
Shopify is a web-based shop front allowing SMEs and internet-based retailers to create their own online customisable stores. The integration will allow Shopify’s customers to import, ship and receive confirmation of their orders, managed via myhermes.
Quick Send for myHermes
In addition, myHermes have updated their website to include the Quick Send functionality, which allows customers to send a number of parcels of a similar type quicker than ever before.
The new feature, which is available to all users of the myHermes service, reduces the number of pages a customer has to access to send an item. The website update also includes enhanced label printing options, as well as the choice to hide or remove any parcels from the ‘My Shipments Page’.
Carole Woodhead, CEO of myHermes, said: “Innovation remains at the heart of the myHermes business and we are constantly striving to improve the range of services we provide to our customers both offline and online. We are aware that many SMEs and internet-based retailers work tirelessly around the clock to provide their customers with exceptional levels of service. By investing in the development of the website our customers will benefit from an improved and more efficient platform”.
One Response
Absolutely Brilliant! I can’t praise myHermes enough.
Their website is easy to use, prices great. I don’t have to be at home when they come to collect my parcels, they just go to the instructed place. Automatically includes tracking and £50 insurance. Saves me going to the post office which adds to my time and expense, and no nosey post office official asking what’s inside package.
