Route Genie have inked a new strategic partnership with Volo to enable online retailers to streamline their delivery models.
The Volo platform will now offer an integrated Route Genie enhanced carrier management capability, which can be deployed by any online retailer on demand to efficiently manage their carriers, aiming to saving them time and resources. Route Genie support 400 services from 100 UK and International carriers, all of which can be pre-selected by Volo customers to choose the best option for each outgoing parcel.

Volo customers will also be able to take advantage of Route Genie’s track and trace functionality, allowing them access to real-time updates on deliveries. Retailers will also be able to use the software to manage all consumer communications, and create personalised, branded messaging at pre-selected trigger points during the delivery cycle.
