eBay Garage at Goodwood Festival of Speed

If you were one of the petrolheads at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, you can’t have missed the inspirational eBay Garage – an interactive space, where festival goers immersed themselves in the world of vehicle parts and accessories. Despite the rain, the eBay Garage was rammed with festival goes keen to interact with the eBay team, meet the guest speakers, snag some photos and grab some eBay Motors merch.

With a massive build on site, this is great news for sellers of Parts & Accessories on eBay. As one of eBay’s biggest categories, the team were out in force to make sure petrolheads know where they can source the largest range of parts, from the most up to date to the restoration gems crucial for finishing a project. Goodwood is the one place you can be assured, everyone from racing teams to enthusiastic home mechanics and restorers of classics to EV conversions were present, establishing eBay as the go to place for parts and accessories.

As part of its presence, eBay also hosted a unique museum with a difference. The carefully-curated exhibits showcaseed key automotive developments across the last 75 years, with some items still available to buy through the online marketplace – and all funds raised donated to industry charity, Ben. 

The eBay Museum has been conceived to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Goodwood Circuit and exhibits will include everything from Stirling Moss, signed period Goodwood programmes and innovative safety features to a Flux Capacitor from the Back to the Future movies.

A host of car experts, enthusiasts and renovators were be on hand to help inspire visitors with talks and demonstrations on the eBay Live Stage sharing their passion for tinkering with cars, including:

The eBay Garage will also provide space to play games and win eBay goodies, as well as to shop online for parts and accessories.
