OrderHub: Easy Multichannel Management

No primary category set

With Christmas fast approaching, it’s not normally the time of year we write about Channel Management solutions, but there’s a relatively new solution that just might help some merchants over the next month and it’s not too late to sign up.

OrderHubOrderHub is a new solution from the guys at ChannelGrabber. OrderHub is a dedicated solution for managing your orders. Once you have your listing live on marketplaces (which we’re hoping you do with Black Friday just two days away!) OrderHub collects your orders, prints your fully customisable branded invoices and manages your stock levels across multiple marketplaces.

OrderHub OrdersManaging Director, Daniel Williams, explained the rational behind launching OrderHub. He told me that there are many small businesses looking for a robust solution to manage their post sales procedures at an affordable cost, so OrderHub starts at just £20 per month. Even if you only sell on one marketplace, having your orders automatically downloaded, ready to print invoices can save hours every day.

One of the things Daniel wanted, was a solution with all the features available to users, no matter which subscription level they were on, and that’s what he’s delivered with OrderHub. Subscriptions cover multiple eBay accounts, multiple Amazon accounts, plus WooCommerce and ekmPowershop integration with one simple price structure. You’ll only need to upgrade your subscription if your monthly number of orders increases, never because you want to add another marketplace or want access to new features.

OrderHub StockOf course collating your orders from all marketplaces and printing invoices and marking items as despatched is only part of the solution. You can also manage all your customer communications through the platform in the OrderHub Message Centre as well as eliminate overselling while offering your entire stock for sale everywhere with the stock synchronisation. For good measure you can also create multiple users to enable your staff access to OrderHub (and there are still no extra costs no matter how many users you add).

In summary OrderHub has a very simple user interface which shouldn’t scare anyone off, not matter how little tech knowledge you have. There’s a simply transparent price plan and you could be set up and running in very little time. As Daniel explained, you simply set up your sales channels, set up your invoices, add your company details to be included on your invoice and you’re ready to process you first order.

For good measure there’s a 14 day free trial and all you need to get started is to enter your email address and create a password. If you’re looking for a simple but powerful order processing solution, sign up to give OrderHub a spin.
