If you’re an xSellco user, you should have had an email informing you of an xSellco price rise from the end of December. Prices appear to have risen about 10%, so be prepared for your next invoice to be a little higher than usual.
We have also heard from some users that they are seeing an xSellco price rise significantly higher than 10%. We understand that this is a result of large discounts previously having been applied to their accounts. With the new price schedule, the discounts are going which makes the price increase appear particularly steep. If that’s you it’s because you’ve been receiving a significant discount on the previous price schedule.

We are seeing an increase but nothing like what you are quoting here. Price for 500 support tickets is £66 / month, 1000 £110 / month. No mention of per user fees. I’ve launched a support request to see which source is correct, as I don’t want to be caught on the hop on January 1st!
